NB Agency is a boutique advisory led by Nicola Jo Bergsteedt, a strategic communications and futures-thinking professional with 10+ years across broadcasting, organisational change, and policy-adjacent research. Nicola has partnered with clients in retail, higher education, healthcare, publishing, and civil society—including Pick n Pay, Stellenbosch Business School (IFR), UCT MedTech, the Inclusive Society Institute, Jonathan Ball Publishers, UNITAR, and Justice Desk Africa.

Her background spans risk analysis, narrative strategy, leadership coaching, and foresight. She founded NB News Wrap, a fast-growing platform that translates complex developments into accessible, evidence-based explainers. Nicola holds an MPhil in Journalism and a Postgraduate Diploma in Futures Studies.
